A family sedan that provides ample power by way of a 290-horsepower engine, the Kia K5 is essentially the Kia Optima with some important upgrades and updates. Five different trim levels are available, including the GT-Line which features all-wheel drive as a standard feature. It also features an upgraded 10.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system. The original unit was only 8-inches in size.

Both the EX and GT trim levels come with a 360-degree camera system to increase overall safety. Front parking sensors, automatic emergency braking, forward collision warning technology and lane keep assist are just some of the other safety features that are included standard in the Kia K5.

The base four-cylinder engine can achieve 29 miles per gallon for city driving, and the mileage for the highway sits at 38 miles per gallon. Expect these numbers to decrease if you opt for all-wheel drive.
