Drive Safe: Reduce Glare with These Tips

If you have to drive in the sun and face a glare in your windshield, it can be blinding. Sale Kia is committed to helping drivers stay safe on the road. Eliminating, or reducing, glare is a priority to feel confident in driving and getting around town during certain times of the day.

If you have a glare from the sun while you drive, use a pair of sunglasses and/or the sun visor installed in your car. This is the first step to reducing glare. If the sun is still very bright, make sure you increase the distance between you and the vehicle in front of you.

Prevent glare by making sure your windshield is clean on the inside and outside. Make sure your windshield is free of cracks or pits to reduce glare as well. If none of these things work, get off the road until the sun's position shifts enough for you to drive.
